Grandma's Meatloaf

1 medium onion, grated
2 slices day old bread
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 lbs ground round or ground chuck
1 lb ground pork

Grate onion.  Tear or cut bread in dime sized pieces.  Beat milk and egg together.
Place all in mixing bowl with meat.  Use your hands or fork and mix very well.
Place mixture in bread pan.  If pan seems too big, squish meat up to one end of pan.
Bake at 350 for one hour.  As meatloaf bakes, there is a lot of grease so at the
end of baking, just drain off. Meatloaf doesn't look too good but we know it is.
Place meat loaf on serving platter and top with cup Heinz Ketchup for more good taste and color.

Serve with baked potatoes.  You can bake the potatoes at the same time you bake the meatloaf.
