Spinach Tortilla Rolls  
        
3 packages flour tortillas     
        
Mix:            
3 10 oz packages frozen spinach (thawed and drained)      
1 cup mayonnaise      
16 oz sour cream      
2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix        
1 bunch green onions (tops) thinly sliced     
pepper
bacon bits to taste    
        
Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up.      
        
Refrigerate at least one hour but overnight is best.         
        
Cut into ¾" slices and arrange on plate.
