Aunt Betty's Breakfast Eggs

12 slices of bread without crusts
½ pound grated Swiss cheese
½ pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ pound bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
½ teaspoon dry mustard
8 eggs
3 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt

Grease 8 ½" x 11"  baking dish.  
Place six slices of bread on bottom.  
Place ½ cheese and ½ bacon over cheese.  
Mix eggs, mustard, milk and salt.  

Put rest of bread on top of cheese and rest of cheese and bacon on
top of bread.  Pour egg mixture over.  Bake 350  for 45 to 60 minutes.  

Make ahead and store in refrigerator overnight before baking.
