Banana Split Cake

1cup graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ sticks margarine
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 large bananas
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small container Cool Whip
about ½ pecans and ¼ cup chopped cherries

Mix graham crackers and ½ stick melted margarine.  
Press into a 9" square pan.  Bake 350  for 10 minutes.  
Cool completely.  
Combine sugar, egg, vanilla and stick margarine and
mix 12-15 minutes in mixer.  
Pour over crust.  
Add layer of bananas, layer of pineapple.  
Top with cool Whip.  
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate.

(I double this recipe and put in a 9 x 13 pan to serve a large crowd)
