Cheese Cake
#1 crust
1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs
6T margarine, melted
½ c sugar
#2 filling
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 c sugar
2 t vanilla
3 eggs
Juice from one lemon (3T)
#3 topping
1 c sour cream
¼ c sifted powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Combine #1 to make shell. Pat into 9" square pan or spring-form pan (up sides, too)
Combine #2. Pour into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 375° (till knife comes out clean)
Combine #3. Spread evenly over #2 and bake 5 minutes longer.
Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate.
