Ritz Cracker Pie
(from Aunt Caroline)
1 cup sugar
1 heaping t baking powder
Pinch salt
20 crushed Ritz crackers
½ to 1 c chopped nuts
2 egg whites
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Add baking powder and salt.
Gently fold in crackers and nuts. Pour into greased 9" pie pan. Bake 350° for
25 minutes. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving. Top with Cool Whip.
