That Chocolate Dessert (double)
Crust:
3c vanilla wafer crumbs
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
¼+1/8 c margarine, melted
Combine in small bowl, pat 1/2 mixture in 9" square pan. Reserve other half to
sprinkle on top. Press firmly.
Cream:
1 c margarine
2 c powdered sugar
Add:
6 well beaten egg yolks
2 ½ oz melted chocolate
1 t vanilla
Fold In:
6 stiff beaten egg whites
Pour over crumb mixture. Spread evenly. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
Store in freezer.
