Grilled Honey Chicken
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sherry
¼ cup honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons melted margarine
2 chickens cut in pieces
Combine first 6 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Arrange chicken in a shallow pan; cover with sauce, and marinate 15 minutes.
Place chicken, skin side up, on grill. Cook until tender; turn often and baste about every 10 minutes.
