Artichoke Chicken Salad
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped (save liquid)
4 chopped green onions
1/4 t curry
3/4 c light mayonnaise
1 baked or boiled chicken, deboned, cubed
Mix one half of the artichoke liquid with mayonnaise. Add curry. Add to the
combined ingredients above and store in the refrigerator. Make the day before.
