About
|
Data for gbNavigate is kept in a single text file. The
file name is fixed and must be kept in the same folder
as the gbNavigate executable.
While gbNavigate provide a convenient way of creating and searching
the folders database, users may also use a standard text edit to
edit the content of the files (although that should be a rare requirement).
The following controls/features are found on the main screen:
- Entry textbox
Text entered here is used for Find and Find Within operations.
- Find
Uses the content of the Entry textbox to perform a search against the database
- Find Within
Uses the content of the Entry textbox to perform a search against the results of the last Find/Find Within operation
- Result Counter
Displays the count of folders found that match the serach criteria
- Display Options

- Folders listbox
